Certainly most of the TU bloggers should run for (manhole) cover! Maybe they’d run into Vincent from the long-defunct CBS show, “Beauty & the Beast.”
Or Ed Norton, even…
Or possibly the French Resistance… or possibly four genetically mutated pizza-devouring turtles.
On a bad day, one might find Pennywise the Dancing Clown.
Communication Waffles.
Given this manhole’s proximity to the Capitol, waffling is a distinct possibility.

You guys do realise that it’s a “communication” cover, right? Not “sewer”.
It is rather sewer-like in appearance.
