It’s estimated that there are between 60 and 70 million cats in America — and all of them have their picture on the internet. Not all of them, however, Â are doing something interesting like Mia.
She enjoys getting in the bathtub after we shower and staring at water dripping from the faucet. Look! Isn’t that amusing?
Those of us who have had the pleasure of meeting your energetic, strong-willed, independent Mia… are not surprised the psychotic little beauty stares at the dripping faucet in the tub!
She’s not staring at the water, she’s thinking: “Is that 14-karat trim? And how can I get it to pawn shop without thumbs?”
No gold here…
The cat would be better off swiping copper pipe out of the cellar and taking it to the scrap yard.
My wife’s cat Sam- not my cat, my wife’s (she had him before she had me, she fondly points out)- does this also, to the point of poking his head past the shower curtain and looking at me as if I am defiling his fountain. He’s 17 years old- how long do these friggin’ things live ?!?
Paul: I predict the end of the road is in sight, but it could certainly be another 5 years.
My dearly departed cat Mindy was fascinated with faucets when she was a kitten, and then came to love fresh tap water as opposed to what had been sitting in her bowl for a while.
Mindy lived for 20 years. She passed away 5 1/2 years ago. I often dream of her and I miss her every single day.
